Helpston, England

Helpston is over 800 years old. A village of a few hundred people, home of John Crane (a famous English poet) - and where we stayed for a few days with our friends, The Bairds. Yes, it has been a few days since our last post but we have not had reliable (or fast) internet for almost a week. The Baird family was fabulous and Emma really enjoyed having the two girls to play with. The village is beautiful and full of history. There were houses with thatched roofs, a church over 700 years old and even the gravel driveways were full of fossils!
