Skola i Stadskogen

Today Emma had school in the city park called Stadskogen. Her teacher today was Mrs. Waddington (Starr). Some days her teacher is Mme. Leriche (Starr) - it depends on the subject. They spent an hour exploring the woods while Mike did some sprint training (see next blog entry). Uppsala (like most Swedish cities) is well designed. There is a high density of housing and then large parks adjacent to these small communities. After 'school' we went downtown for ice cream. Swedes certainly love their ice cream. I think we counted 5 stores in 2 blocks that sold that yummy stuff.
