Top 5 Races in 2006
No more races for me this year so it is time for my Top 5 favourite races of the year...
1) Swiss O Week
6 days in the Alps at the foot of the matterhorn with gondolas and cable cars and pretty damn good weather and courses (by far the most favourite race I've ever attended)
2) TioMila
Leading off for Umea OK will be an experience I will remember for a long time. Sure I sucked and ran poorly but what a cool experience. I need to do this again (2007?)
3) Flying Pig
sprint, middle, long, relay, bender and mud! 'nuff said
4) Mora 3-days
Racing in Santa's village with the entire Wadd Squad. Good times.
5) Go with the 'FLO
Florida in the winter in super fast terrain. Likely my best race of the year.

And you didn't get to run the best race of 2006 - the North American Champs.

Yeah but I got to train in that really technical area for 2 years before the NAOC so it was worth volunteering.
NAOCs was MY favourite event of the year! Loved the finish line atmosphere. Happy holidays!
ps. Any chance you can get an rss feed for your blog? Not sure how you do that but Piller has one for his blogger account.
